Swallows (Sleeps 2-6)

Swallows is part of the original farmhouse which dates back to the 1600s. Part of the walls are made from cob (mixture of clay and straw) which are nearly a metre thick.

The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all necessary cooking utensils you will need to cook up a feast or to eat fish and chips from a newspaper!

The sitting room has original open granite fireplace along with leather suite to relax in the evenings after a long day walking or at the beach. The TV comes with freeview and a DVD player. On the odd occasion that it's a rainy day, the cupboard is well stocked with books, board games and toys for the children.

Upstairs, the cottage offers two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. There are two double rooms and a twin room.

Why not enjoy the sun trap right outside the backdoor? The patio has it's own garden furniture and barbecue.

There is a games room in the nearby barn with slate bed pool table, table football etc. There is ample parking space just outside the property.

Fishing on the river Tamar or on the lake is free for two people staying at the cottages.

Bed linen is provided free of charge, electricity is by £1 meter (night storage heating free) and wireless internet is also freely available in Swallows.
